I’ve experienced this issue before as well. Personally because I have 2 laptops I simply logged into the account on the other laptop, and a few months later when I tried to log back into the account on the laptop that this issue occurred on, the issue resolved itself. I would like to add that I did log in and out like SoulHardy suggested above.
