Where do axolotls spawn?
In Bedrock Edition, axolotls spawn underground (that is, below an opaque block) in water below sea level (Y=63). They spawn as herds of 1–4 individuals, in complete darkness. Due to a bug, axolotls can also spawn in The End and The Nether (although it is not possible unless with cheats) if there is a water source there.
